E-signatures without the subscription

Get any PDF signed. $5, no account.

Upload a PDF, drop signature fields where they go, and send it. Everyone signs from a link — typed or hand-drawn — and everyone gets the signed PDF with a certificate of completion.

  • Up to 10 signers
  • Signers never pay
  • Nothing to cancel

How it works

1

Upload your PDF

Any PDF up to 15 MB. It stays exactly as it is.

2

Drop the fields

Add who signs, then click to place signatures, initials, dates and text where each person needs them.

3

Everyone signs

Pay $5 and each signer gets a private link. When the last one signs, everyone gets the signed PDF with its certificate.

Everything a signature needs. Nothing you’ll pay for monthly.

Most e-signature tools want a subscription and an account before you can send one document. Here you pay for the document you’re sending, and that’s the end of it.

  • Fields placed on your own pages
  • Typed or hand-drawn signatures
  • Initials, dates, names, text, checkboxes
  • Text you fill in before sending
  • Works on phones — signers tap and sign
  • Reminders, declines and replacements
  • Certificate of completion and audit trail
  • File fingerprint checked by every signer

Questions

Is an electronic signature legally binding?
For most documents, yes. In the United States the federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, adopted by nearly every state, give electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten ones, and the EU’s eIDAS regulation does the same for simple electronic signatures. Signatures.app records what matters as evidence: each signer’s consent, when and from where they signed, and fingerprints of the exact file and fields — all on a certificate of completion at the end of the PDF. A few documents (some wills, court filings and notarized papers) still need ink.
Do the people signing need an account?
No — and neither do you. Each signer gets an email with a private link, reviews the document, and signs with a typed or hand-drawn signature. It’s free for them. You get a private link of your own to track it, send a reminder or cancel.
How much does it cost?
$5 per document, paid when you send it — for up to 10 signers, with reminders and the certificate included. No subscription, nothing to cancel. If you send often, Unlimited is $99 a year for every document, and what you paid for single documents in the last month counts toward it. Signing a PDF yourself, with nobody else involved, is free.
What kinds of files work?
Any PDF up to 15 MB and 100 pages: contracts, leases, offer letters, permission slips, invoices, forms. If your document is in Word or Google Docs, save or print it as a PDF first. Password-protected PDFs need the password removed before upload.
Where do the signatures go?
Exactly where you put them. After uploading, you drop signature, initials, date, name, text and checkbox fields onto the pages, for each signer. Your pages aren’t otherwise changed — the signatures go on top, and a certificate of completion is added at the end.
What happens to my document?
It’s stored encrypted in private storage and only reachable through private links. Documents you send are kept so everyone can download the signed copy later. Uploads you never send are deleted after 7 days, and a document you sign alone for free is deleted 24 hours after signing.
What if someone declines or never signs?
Signers can decline and tell you why. You can then send it to someone else in their place, or to them again, at no extra charge — everyone else’s signatures stand. You can send reminders, or cancel at any time. If it isn’t signed within 30 days, email us for a refund.
